If you have a KOOP24 or OptimumCard, access the information you want in an instant with your card number and secret code, fast and easily realize all transactions besides money withdrawal.

You have an OptimumCard but you do not know your secret code... Call 600 02 02 right away and set your secret code on your own... Getting a secret code is now that easy! You can realize secret code transactions in between the hours of 8-19 on weekdays, and 9-19 on Saturdays; as for secret code change you can make it anytime you wish, 24 hours a day.

You have a card but you do not want to enter your card number each time, in order to use Telephone Banking....

You are right, entering your16 digit-number each time will take your time...Call 600 02 02, let’s give you your Client Code and Client Secret Number immediately. Your entries to our new branch are made simpler and faster.

If you own a KOOP24 card and if you want to make an entry with your Client Code instead of your Card Number, your Client Code and Secret Number will be given with a form you will fill out at our branch.

I do not have any card, How will I benefit from Telephone Banking services?

If you do not have any card or if you are a member business who owns our POS machine, your Client Code and Secret Number will be given with an application form you will fill out at our branch.

An additional security for your financial transactions!

You can make any type of information inquiring transaction (account or credit card balance, bill, interest and exchange rates information etc.) with your card or client secret number. “Security Secret Number” is required to carry transactions generating a financial movement such as credit card balance or bill payment, transfer of cash advance to an account, transfer, foreign currency buy – sell and prepaid minutes filling. Please apply at our branches in order to obtain the secret number we consider a second level of security.

How can I access 600 02 02 - Koop Bank Telephone Banking ?

You can enter the Telephone Banking System with your KOOP24 or OptimumCard number and your password or your Client Code and your password.

If you own an OptimumCard you can see your Client Code on your statement or get it from our Customer Representative by calling 600 02 02. As for your Client Secret Number, you can set it right away from our Voice Answering System’s 4 number selections.
